OUR STANDARD IS 4 COUNTS, BUT THE SLOWER YOU MOVE THE STRONGER YOU WILL GET, AND VICE VERSA. transitions from one move to the next should be as efficient as possible to eliminate any time for your muscles to rest and keep your heart up throughout the duration of the class.

WHAT TO EXPECT

YOU WILL SPEND THE ENTIRE 50 MINUTES OF CLASS ON YOUR OWN MEGAFORMER MACHINE- THE REFORMERS BIGGER AND BADDER COUSIN. USING SPRING RESISTANCE, YOUR MUSCLES WILL BE UNDER CONSTANT TENSION AND fatigued TO THE POINT OF almost failure (ALSO KNOWN AS “THE SHAKES”)
