When broken down into price per class, monthly memberships are a better bang for your buck. If you’re looking to implement mpower consistently in your workout routine, we recommend a membership. if you’re newer to the workout or are not sure if you want to commit to a monthly payment, you can purchase a pack of 1, 5, or 10 classes - they never expire!

we ask that all new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class time in order to sign waivers and receive a safety demo of their megaformer. any new client who arrives after class starts will not be allowed to attend and will be forced to reschedule (refunds not guaranteed).
all other clients should try to arrive by the start of class to avoid disruption upon entry, however we understand things come up and you may be running late. there is a 5 minute grace period in which clients can join class after it begins, but any client who fails to arrive before the 5 minute cutoff will be late cancelled from class and charged accordingly. no exceptions.

Our cancellation policy is 12 hours. any cancellations made within the 12 hours before class will be considered a late cancel. clients with unlimited memberships will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 to the payment method on their account. clients with limited memberships and class packs will have the class deducted from their account. in order to maintain fairness to all clients, there are no exceptions to this policy and are subject to change.

we understand that life doesn’t always go as planned and things come up. to maintain fairness to other clients, failure to show up to class will be marked as a late cancel resulting in a late cancel fee ($15- for memberships) or a class deduction depending on the credit package.

membership freezes or cancellation inquiries should be handled in studio. membership freezes are up to 3 months, and unless cancelled will revert back to your original membership and you will be charged. all membership changes or transfers from class packs to memberships can be done in our easy to use app! any membership changes after your date of payment will be paid in full, and any unused classes from old memberships or class packs will not transfer over.

our waitlist ensures consistent full capacity of our classes. you will be placed on the waitlist if the class you are trying to book is already full. if a spot opens up, our system will automatically add clients on the waitlist one by one to the class. you will receive a notification via text or email once you have been added. 12 hours before class, the waitlist will lock to avoid any surprise or last minute additions. any free spots that open within the 12 hour window are first come first serve and any client is able to reserve that spot (even those on the waitlist). once added to the class from the waitlist, you are subject to any late cancel fees or class deductions within the 12 hour window.
