  • Why mpower fitness?

    mpower offers the most innovative and effective full body workout on the block. our classes are suitable for all fitness levels through modifications and advancements, but mpower is for those who are looking to level up their fitness.

    using top of the line equipment, sound systems, and lighting, we wanted to create a modernized upscale boutique fitness atmosphere where clients can fully immerse themselves in the workout.

    at our core, mpower is more than just a workout—it’s a movement. it’s a fiery, cheeky, and unapologetic approach to lagree that grounds you at your core, unlocks your potential, and fuels the energy you put into the world.

  • how do i sign up for class?

    our full class schedule is available here on our website and on the mpower mobile app. from there, you are able to check class availability and reserve your spot.

  • my app says i am on the waitlist, what does this mean?

    if a desired class is full you will be added to the waitlist and notified 12 hours before class if you have been added to class. if it is within 12 hours of the class time and you have not been added from the waitlist, you can manually add yourself to class through the app or website if a spot has opened up. it is your responsibility to monitor your place on the waitlist as our no show/late cancellation policies will apply once you have been added to class.

  • how many classes should i take a week?

    the lagree method was designed to bring your muscles to failure. depending on the intensity of the workout, you may need more or less time to recover between classes. as a general rule of thumb, we recommend 2-3 classes per week to see results while allowing time for your muscles to repair and recover. at the end of the day - listen to your body. 2-3 classes weekly is just our recommendation, but we would love to see you attend more frequently as you become stronger.

  • how can i buy classes or memberships?

    all class pack and membership purchases can be made on our website buy page or on our mobile app. there you can check out our schedule and see class availability. we accept all major credit cards.

  • are class schedules always the same?

    for the most part, schedules are consistent on a month to month basis, but are always subject to change. you will be notified of any class or instructor changes only if you are signed up for the class before the change takes place. any changes to class times or instructor will be displayed on our schedule at the time of change. we will do our best to notify clients of any schedule or instructor changes, but reserve the right to make changes without notice in certain circumstances.

  • i am pregnant. can i still take a class?

    yes! with modifications and clearance from your doctor. please make sure to let your instructor know before the start of class so that they can properly assist you in providing any modifications you may need.

  • can i bring my phone into class with me?

    we ask that clients leave their personal belongings away from their machine to ensure the safety of fellow clients and instructors moving around the room. cell phones can be taken into the studio, however, we ask that you refrain from actively using your phone while class is in session, whether that be texting, emailing, or taking photo/video. special permission may be given prior to class on any photo or video footage taken during class, but that is up to the discretion of the instructor teaching the class. pre and post class photos, selfies, and boomerangs are not only permitted, but strongly encouraged:)
